Do you have questions and/or concerns about dumping at HARS?
Meet with staff from the NY District Army Corps of Engineers (COE) and the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2 (EPA) to discuss, review, and address your concerns about dredged material and ocean placement.
When: Wednesday, March 31, 2004 from 3-6 pm.
Where: James J. Howard Marine Sciences Laboratory at Sandy Hook.
