The low value category is predominately spot and croaker. Medium to high value includes sea bass and striped bass and very small landings of many other species.
About 12% of dockside value is attributed to edible finfish. Similarly, the impacts are commensurate. It is interesting to note that incomes are slightly less than proportional.
