The Jersey Coast Anglers Association and its member clubs overwhelmingly support changing New Jersey’s existing law on Striped Bass to 2 fish at 28 inches. This change allows New Jersey’s laws to be consistent with New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. This is the preferred option of New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife and they have stated this is the only provision that will allow us to keep the existing Striped Bass bonus tag program as it was since 1998.
