Getting New Jersey Back on the Right Track

New Jersey Environmental Federation’s 19th Annual Conference, Getting New Jersey Back on the Right Track, is being held Saturday, April 2, 2005 from 8 a.m-5 p.m. at Jackson Memorial High School’s Fine Arts Center (101 Don Conner Blvd, Jackson, NJ).
The day will feature workshops on drinking water & land rules; the fast track law; healthy schools; environmental justice & diesel; pesticides free campaign; source water assessment program; national campaigns, lobbying & coalition building, consumer choices and worker issues.
Our keynote speaker will be Shelley A. Hearne, Executive Director for Trust for America’s Health. Acting Governor Richard Codey, U.S. Senator Jon Corzine, and Senate Republican Leader Leonard Lance have also been invited to speak.
The conference also includes coffee, breakfast snacks, an awards ceremony, lunch, an accountability session with state officials, and a reception. Conference registration (includes coffee, snacks, lunch) is $30 per person, $25 per person for groups of 5 or more, $25 per person registering before March 21, 2005, and $15 for students.
